Does adidas offer free delivery?
Yes, all orders over £40 come with free standard shipping, which should arrive in 3 - 5 working days. Orders under this total will incur a flat fee of £3.99, unless you sign up for the brand's loyalty scheme, adiClub - it's free to join, and once you're a member, you'll get free shipping on every order no matter your minimum spend.
What is adiClub?
adiClub is adidas' free members' loyalty scheme, which lets you earn points on purchases and redeem them for discounts. You can sign up through the site or the app to start earning 10 points for every £1 you spend on orders, plus you can earn extra points by writing product reviews, exercising once you've linked your workout apps, or just completing your profile.
You can redeem points for discount codes, which can be worth up to 30% off depending on how many points you have. What's more, no matter how many points you've spent, your lifetime total will be tracked, and as you earn more points, you'll move up through the 4 tiers of the scheme (Challenger, Playmaker, Gamechanger and Icon), each of which confer their own benefits, including gifts on your birthday, invites to members events, early access to sales, free item personalisation and more.
Is there an adidas app?
Absolutely. You can find the official adidas app available to download for Android and iOS through the Google Play or Apple App stores respectively. Doing so lets you manage and place orders, view and spend your adiClub points balance, and access the occasional members-only deal you won't find anywhere else.
What’s the adidas returns policy?
Should you decide you no longer want your adidas items once you've received them, you can send them back for a refund within 30 days of your purchase (or 14 days if your item is limited-edition or marked as a "hype" product). Returns are free when arranged through the official portal on the brand's site, but items must be sent back unworn, unused, in their original packaging and with all tags still attached in order to qualify for a full refund.
