INSANE: Are wall street analysts predicting paramount skydance stock will climb or sink | Vintage Vibes

New York-based Paramount Skydance Corporation (PSKY) operates as a media and entertainment company worldwide. The company has a market cap of $11.6 billion and operates in three segments: Studios, Direct-to-Consumer, and TV Media, and operates CBS Television Network, CBS Stations, Nickelodeon, MTV, CMT, Comedy Central, BET, Paramount+, SHOWTIME, and more.

PSKY stock has underperformed the broader market over the past year and in 2026. PSKY stock has declined 33.2% over the past 52 weeks and 20.4% YTD. In comparison, the S&P 500 Index ($SPX) has returned 18.7% over the past year and risen 12.2% in 2026.

Narrowing the focus, PSKY has lagged behind the State Street Communication Services Select Sector SPDR ETF’s (XLC) 1.5% rise over the past 52 weeks and its 3.9% fall this year.

PSKY’s underperformance over the past year can be traced back to the shaky fundamentals that have made analysts and investors uninterested in it. The company has had an annual revenue growth of 1.8% over the last five years, below the sector average. Moreover, its free cash flow margin is expected to reduce by 1.8% over the course of the coming 12 months, leading to a rise in its capital intensity. Additionally, its returns on capital have been on the decline too, highlighting the inefficacy of management’s past and current investment decisions.

For the current year, which ends in December, analysts expect PSKY’s EPS to decline 99.9% to $0.56 on a diluted basis. It surpassed the consensus estimate in two of the last four quarters.

PSKY has a consensus “Hold” rating overall. Of the 20 analysts covering the stock, opinions include one “Strong Buy,” one “Moderate Buy,” 12 “Holds,” one “Moderate Sell,” and five “Strong Sells.”

The configuration has grown slightly more bearish as the stock now has five “Strong Sell” ratings, compared to four recorded three months ago.

On Aug. 7, Morgan Stanley analyst Sean Diffley maintained a “Buy” rating on Paramount Skydance and set a price target of $10.

PSKY’s mean price target of $10.36 is below the current market price. The Street-high target of $16 suggests a notable 50% upside potential.
