Ashley James has issued a Botox warning after a botched injection left her unable to smile for two months.
The presenter revealed on This Morning that she receives masseter Botox to help to stop her grinding her jaw.
She said that an injection, administered two months prior, left her face "completely paralysed" and she felt "ashamed and embarrassed". James has now regained full facial motion.
The NHS advises thorough research and choosing qualified practitioners for cosmetic procedures.
