INSANE: Authorities turn a blind eye as open spaces shrink in kochi | Rare Historical Photos

KOCHI: Even while open spaces in Kochi are shrinking fast, authorities have failed to preserve what is left of the existing ones. Many places like Rajendra Maidan and Ambedkar Stadium, which had been lively places, have now become desolate, thanks to the lackadaisical attitude and lack of vision on the part of the authorities.
