Jon Kay had some difficult news to share with viewers during Monday morning’s BBC Breakfast (6 May), as he returned to the sofa alongside co-host Sally Nugent. Amid the usual mix of headlines and morning updates, Jon paused to address a devastating incident that unfolded over the weekend.
He explained that two superbike riders had tragically died following a serious crash involving a total of eleven motorcycles during a British Superbikes race in Cheshire. The accident has left the racing community and viewers alike shocked and heartbroken, reported the Express.
