SHOCKING: Calls for met gala boycott overjeff bezos sponsorship - What They Never Told You

Jeff Bezos Lauren Sánchez Bezos Met Gala Amazon

A British activist group, Everyone Hates Elon, is calling for a boycott of this year's Met Gala due to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos's sponsorship.
Posters have appeared near the Metropolitan Museum in New York City, criticising Bezos and Amazon for alleged ties to ICE and worker exploitation.
Bezos and his wife, Lauren Sánchez Bezos, were announced in November as lead sponsors for the prestigious fashion event, a role that grants them significant influence.
The activist group, which describes itself as anti-billionaire, previously protested Bezos's wedding in Venice over tax issues and has raised £10,000 for the current campaign.
Anna Wintour, Vogue's global editorial director, has defended the couple's involvement, stating Lauren Sánchez Bezos will be a “wonderful asset” to the museum and event.
