Celtic have joined the race to sign Girona winger Yaser Asprilla, according to reports from South America.
Manager Martin O’Neill is looking to add depth to his squad, with the Scottish Premiership champions having already spent close to £30million on four summer signings.

Celtic are reportedly monitoring Asprilla alongside Valencia, Lecce and unnamed Ligue 1 clubs. The 22-year-old Colombia international joined Girona from Watford in a club-record £16m deal two years ago.
However, he has struggled to establish himself at the Spanish club. Asprilla spent the second half of last season on loan at Galatasaray and is reportedly open to leaving Spain.
Girona were relegated from La Liga last term after four years in the division. Despite that, the club reportedly have no plans to sell the former Envigado player this summer, for now.
