Ekpharit Wu shot a four-under par 67 to claim a two-shot victory at the Queen's Cup Thailand Championship 2026 at the Riverdale Golf Club in Pathum Thani on Sunday.
He finished the final round on 23-under 261, two shots ahead of his closest rival Jazz Janewattananond, who scored a closing 66 to finish on 21 under.
The 26-year-old Ekpharit received the Royal Trophy from Her Majesty Queen Suthida, who presided over the closing ceremony on Sunday, along with the 2.1 million baht winner's cheque.
Starting the day three shots ahead of Jazz, Thai-Taiwanese Wu picked up two birdies on the front nine on the par-5 first and par-3 fifth holes to reach the turn at 34.
He had another birdie on the par-4 10th hole but suffered his first and only bogey of the day on the par-3 15th before finishing strongly with back-to-back birdies on Nos.17 and 18.
"I was a bit nervous during the final round today. I felt a lot of pressure because Jazz was chasing me throughout the tournament. I had to stay patient and remain calm and just concentrate on my shots," said Ekpharit after his victory.
"I would like to thank all the sponsors who supported me and also my family for cheering me on during the tournament and helped me win this tournament," he added.
Jazz had seven birdies but they were offset by two bogeys as he settled for a runner-up spot.
The third place was shared by Chonlatit Chuenboonngam (65) and Nopparat Panichphol (68) on 16 under.
The event offered a total prize money of 15 million baht, the richest purse in the history of golf in Thailand.
