Former Rangers loanee Joe Worrall looks set to join Wrexham from his current club Burnley.
The 29-year-old has played in both the Premier League and the Championship for the Clarets since signing permanently from Nottingham Forest two years ago.
It was from Forest where he enjoyed a loan at Ibrox, under Steven Gerrard during the 2018-19 season. He made 32 appearances for the club in that campaign.
Another loan at Besiktas followed before his Burnley move.
Now, Sky Sports' Anthony Joseph is reporting Worrall will move to Wrexham, owned by actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, in the Championship.

The fee involved is said to be £2million.
Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson has been looking to strengthen and was also looking at Leicester City's Harry Souttar, previously linked to Rangers, and Viking FK’s Henrik Falchener.
