A death probe at a block of Ayr flats has stretched into its second day.
Cops are investigating the death of a 41-year-old woman after a body was discovered inside a property in Nursery Hall.
Specialist officers including forensic teams are understood to be combing through the flat in the Whitletts area of the town.
