INSANE: Fullerton cove site set for retail development | Rare Historical Photos

Colliers Newcastle has sold a gateway retail development site at Fullerton Cove.

The future development of the site at Fullerton Cove Road will provide retail amenities for the communities of Fullerton Cove, Stockton and Fern Bay. Picture supplied.

Selling agent Luke Rutledge said the property benefitted from a Gateway Determination to rezone the site to enable the creation of a neighbourhood supermarket and develop much-needed amenities for the Port Stephens community.
