The Great British Bake Off left fans were unimpressed as Prue Leith made a "cruel" change to the technical challenge tonight.

The Channel 4 show returned for dessert week this week, as Prue and Paul Hollywood set some more challenges for the remaining bakers. Hosts Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas led proceedings, as the bakers took on three challenges.

The first was to create eight perfect steamed puddings, whilst the showstopper was a sponge cake with a surprise.
