Floral tributes have been left in Cornwall for a small child who lost his life after he fell from a harbour wall. Emergency services were called to the incident over the weekend (June 24) to reports of a five-year-old boy having fallen in Padstow.
According to Cornwall Live, the boy - who was local - was taken to Royal Cornwall Hospital. He was later transferred to Bristol Hospital for treatment but sadly passed away. His parents were with him in hospital. Police are treating the death as a tragic accident with no suspicious circumstances, the force confirmed.
Colourful floral tributes have been left at the scene next to the water, along with cards to Benjamin from family members thanking him for the last five years and saying how much he will be loved and missed.
