Celine Dion has today announced that she has regrettably had to cancel her entire world tour as she continues to suffer from a rare and incurable neurological condition - Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS).

But for one-in-a-million Karen Long, she is all too familiar with the debilitating symptoms, having lived with SPS for the past 12 years.
