Greater Western Sydney star Tom Green has resisted the lure of becoming one of Tasmania's inaugural players and recommitted with the Giants until the end of 2029.

Green, who was due to come out of contract at the end of next season, was considered one of the Devils' prime targets ahead of entering the AFL in 2028.
