Alisson Becker has been fined for misconduct in the wake of Liverpool’s draw with Nottingham Forest.
The Reds had been held to a 2-2 stalemate by Oliver Glasner’s side at Anfield, where Morgan Gibbs-White’s strike looked set to hand the visitors all three points, before Victor Munoz salvaged a share of the spoils for the hosts.

The Spaniard earned his first win at Ipswich Town last time out, with the Merseysiders emerging 2-0 victors at Portman Road before a 2-1 win against Atletico Madrid in their Champions League opener.
Now, however, he has seen his goalkeeper punished for his behaviour in the aftermath of Liverpool’s draw with Forest.
Alisson had vented his frustrations at the result by kicking the fourth official’s electronic substitution board on his way back to the dressing room, and as such the Football Association has slapped him with an £8,000 fine for misconduct.
The Brazilian goalkeeper had already been penalised when he collided with Neco Williams to concede the spot kick that Gibbs-White tucked away in the 70th minute.
The good news for Liverpool is that Alisson will not face a ban, and will be available as normal for his side’s upcoming Premier League encounter with Fulham at Anfield on Saturday.
After that, they host Tottenham in the Carabao Cup third round on Tuesday, with Roberto De Zerbi’s side still winless in the league this term despite spending over £300million.
