Michelin Michelin Guide SY23 United Kingdom Aberystwyth Nathan Davies Wales

An Aberystwyth restaurant has been named the Opening of the Year 2022 by the UK’s most prestigious restaurant guide.

SY23, which is part-owned by chef Nathan Davies, was declared by the Michelin Guide to have “brought a breath of fresh air to the seaside town of Aberystwyth in Wales”.
