FOUND: Midlothian rape victim gets apology but feels like prisoner in own home - You Need To See This

The young victim of vile rapist Sean Hogg has been given an apology by Scotland's law chief - but says she is a “prisoner in her own home” because he dodged jail.

A judge sparked national outrage after handing Hogg a community service sentence instead of caging the brute for his horrific attack on the then 13-year-old in a Midlothian park.

Now the Record reports how a letter said 'sorry' for Crown Office failures to keep her informed and confirmed that bail conditions preventing Hogg approaching her in the run-up to his trial no longer apply.
