A mum-of-two has revealed how she reinvented her existing dull doors for just £10.
Lorraine Kafanke from Cumbria wanted to introduce Crittall doors in her home, but the cost of £1,200 was way out of her budget.
Instead the savvy DIYer recreated her own dupe of the pricey doors for less than £10.
Lorraine now has stylish kitchen doors that are on-trend, for much less than the quote she was given.

"I hated my doors before. They didn’t match the style or look I was going for but we were gifted them for free," Lorraine told LatestDeals.
"I came up with the idea when I saw some doors online that I really wanted but couldn’t afford.
"I thought 'why not try and create the look myself on a much cheaper scale?’".
For the first step, Lorraine used electrical tape which cost her just 79p.
"I used the electrical tape and measured out four equal sections to create a glass panel look," she explained.
“I wasn’t sure the tape would work but it’s easily removed if the look didn’t suit. It was a little tricky getting the tape straight but a few attempts and I was happy.
"I then used Johnstone's matt black gloss paint for the wood at £8.99 a tin, and I did two thin coats."
The simple process took Lorraine around three days.
"It took about three days because of the drying time between coats," she said.
"I also masked up the glass to get a nice neat finish with the paint and gave the glass a really good clean before applying the black tape.
“I’m so pleased with how they’ve turned out. I love giving things a fresh new look."
Lorraine's clever DIY hack helped her to save thousands and avoid buying new doors.
"I love doing things on a budget so it was very satisfying to create a look for such small cost and effort," she said.
“I saved well over £1,000: the cost of the doors I had wanted was £1,200, and I managed to create them for less than £10.
"It gives me a real buzz turning unwanted things into something new to save them from landfill and I’m willing to give anything a try.
"I love to inspire people to create something amazing on a very small budget."
