Thailand should prepare for post-quantum cryptography (PQC) as organisations face the emerging risk of "harvest now, decrypt later" attacks, while limited budgets mean the country needs to prioritise which critical infrastructure should be upgraded first, according to IBM Thailand and the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA).
