The Eagles (10-1) are set to square off against the 49ers (8-3) in the NFL’s game of the week on FOX Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET.
Philadelphia has the best record in the NFL and the first opportunity to clinch a playoff spot with four different scenarios.

On the other end of the spectrum, Arizona, Carolina, and New England could all be mathematically eliminated from the playoffs this weekend.
Let’s take a look at the playoff scenarios heading into Week 13:
PHI win + LAR loss or tie OR
An Eagles win over the 49ers, coupled with a Rams loss or tie would put the Birds into the postseason.
PHI win + DET loss + GB loss or tie OR
An Eagles win, along with losses by the Lions and Packers will also get the Birds in.
PHI tie + LAR loss + GB loss or tie + ATL loss or tie OR
A Philadelphia tie, along with a Los Angeles Rams loss, a Green Bay loss and Atlanta loss would get the Birds in.
PHI tie + LAR loss + GB loss or tie + NO loss or tie
An Eagles tie, along wit a Rams loss, Packers loss and Saints loss would get the Birds in.
