Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth scolded an NBC reporter during a press conference on Wednesday (8 April) when she asked about Iranian missiles.

At the Pentagon, while discussing the ceasefire in Iran, Hegseth called on the Daily Caller correspondent Reagan Reese to ask the next question, before NBC News reporter Courtney Kube interrupted with her own question.

Angered by the interruption, Hegseth said, “excuse me. Why are you so rude? Just wait. I'm calling on people.”

The moment led to Hegseth scolding Kube, stating “so nasty”.
