MUMBAI: The Mumbai Cricket Association has appointed former India pacer Raju Kulkarni, who was the Mumbai senior chief selector last season, as the new chairman of the MCA's Cricket Improvement Committee. The MCA has also decided to rope in former India women's team captain Diana Edulji as the cricket advisor of women’s cricket, while ex-Mumbai captain Milind Rege will continue to stay as the cricket advisor of men’s cricket.
The decisions were taken at the association’s apex council meeting at BKC on Saturday. Kulkarni has replaced former India opener Lalchand Rajput, who was the CIC chairman last year.
