Police are appealing for help tracking down the occupants of a boat and two jet skiers who disturbed dolphins and a whale in the River Clyde near Greenock.
An investigation has been launched after two jet skis were seen near a whale in the waters off Greenock on June 11, which appeared to cause the animal distress.
A few days later, a boat was seen 'very close' to a pod of dolphins which included a young calf. The vessel was seen around 1.25pm on Thursday, June 14.
