Australia's picks for the Venice Biennale have resorted to crowdfunding to present an artwork at the event, after Creative Australia overturned their selection.
Artist Khaled Sabsabi and curator Michael Dagostino's invitation to Venice was rescinded in February, after early works by Sabsabi featuring the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the US, and former Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, were raised in federal parliament.
