The Public Health Agency (PHA) has issued important advice surrounding cervical screening in Northern Ireland.
Between 2016 and 2020 in Northern Ireland there was an average of 81 people diagnosed with cervical cancer each year and around 21 deaths per year, the PHA said.
The advice has been issued as part of Cervical Cancer Prevention Week which runs to January 29 and they are urging how the screening 'could save your life.
