INSANE: Steph mcgovern says she quit bbc breakfast due to early mornings | Rare Historical Photos

Steph McGovern BBC Breakfast Naga Munchetty

Steph McGovern has revealed she left BBC Breakfast in 2019 because she no longer wanted to work the relentless early hours after nearly a decade on the show.
The presenter is returning to the broadcaster to host a new BBC Two art dealer competition called The Big Deal with Steph McGovern.
McGovern addressed reported bullying allegations against former colleague Naga Munchetty, stating she never witnessed any such behaviour during her time on the programme.
Programme editor Richard Frediani was cleared of separate bullying claims in September last year.
BBC Breakfast has seen several high-profile exits recently, with Munchetty moving to BBC Radio 5 Live and Rachel Burden leaving following Sunday show budget cuts.
