March NY world sugar #11 (SBH26) today is up +0.15 (+1.02%), and March London ICE white sugar #5 (SWH26) is up +6.50 (+1.54%).

Sugar prices are climbing today on some bullish news from the European Union.  European sugar producers are expected to cut sugar acreage by 10% for the 2026-27 season, following a 10% drop in sugar beet acreage for the current 2025-26 season, according to a representative from the annual cane and beet growers conference in London.
