Special operations forces (SpecOps) have long used motorcycles to get in, get out, and get gone before anyone had a chance to figure out they were there, as bikes are fast, agile, and can go places other vehicles can't. Hell, you can even strap them to your chest and get air dropped into a locale, which makes insertion easier for command structures.
But motorcycles of old have an issue; they're loud, and they produce heat due to the gas-powered engine. Both of which can be detected by thermal imaging solutions, as well as acoustic microphones. And while many SpecOps teams have adopted more silent EV motorcycles, such as Zero's FX and Sur-Rons, they too suffer from those detection devices, though to a lesser degree.
