Grenfell

Thousands of angry viewers have signed a petition demanding the BBC Grenfell tower drama is axed.

Over 2,000 people have signed the Change.org petition pleading for the controversial drama to be scrapped. Cecilia Corzo created the online petition, and claims to be "one of these residents of Lancaster West Estate" who "have never been contacted by the BBC".

The tragedy took place almost five years ago on June 14, 2017, and 72 people lost their lives during the blaze.
