The revamped Sydney Flames have declared they will accept nothing short of a top-four finish after collecting the WNBL wooden spoon last season.
The Flames managed just six wins from 23 games in a 2025-26 campaign that saw interim coach Guy Molloy resign midway through a season plagued with injuries and disappointment.
However, a recruitment drive has brought in fresh talent set to turn heads when the new season tips off next month.
