YouTube creator and former BBC journalist Alex Belfield has continued posting videos on the platform despite being found guilty of stalking charges. It comes after a jury convicted Belfield, 42, of Shaldon Close in Mapperley, of stalking four victims including BBC broadcaster Jeremy Vine and Northampton BBC Radio's Bernie Keith.
However, he has not been banned from the platform. In a statement to Nottinghamshire Live, the platform said Belfield's channel - the Voice of Reason - was demonetised in February for violating the harassment policy.
The channel was removed from the YouTube Partner Program. But his videos are still available to watch, even after his conviction at the Nottingham Crown Court on August 5.
