While at FanX Salt Lake Comic Convention the other week, I ran into my good friend, Russ Richards Art. He reminded me of this drawing I did wayyy back of a kid pulling a T-Rex head in a wagon that I had forgotten about & since I’ve been punching out dinosaur pun illustrations lately, it got me fired up to do an updated version. When I did some searching for the original drawing, I was blown away by the progression I’ve made in just a few years. When I drew the first one, I had no idea I’d be in the position I’m in today. Thanks for the reminder, @russrichardsart! It just goes to show that if you love something, you should work at it every day.
