What You Will Do:
- Forecasting and analysis across all aspects of operations and understanding the root cause of variances;
- Partner closely with multiple teams, understand their data needs, and build plans to address those with intelligent data solutions in a timely and sustainable fashion;
- Display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and present findings in a clear and concise manner;
- Look for trends in our data and offer clear recommendations;
- Take part in normalizing data standards across the company;
- Build data models, automated or per-request reports and dashboards according to best practices;
- Provide feedback and guide junior colleagues.
What We Expect:
- At least 1-year history of using R or Python;
- At least 1-year experience in data analytics;
- A university degree in Statistics, Econometrics, IT or a similar discipline;
- Ability to turn abstract ideas into actionable analytics projects;
- Ability to communicate complex topics in an easily understandable manner both through words and visuals;
- Proactive and confident mindset: the capacity to make unprompted suggestions, draw clear conclusions, and give constructive feedback to team members;
- Flexible and “can do” attitude;
- Ability to operate independently and quickly when needed, with some tolerance for chaos;
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
