The story itself is kind of stupid and implausible. A high end restaurant is going to fire him and put the burden on his coworkers if he's on his last day. They may not call it firing, but they'd absolutely have no issues sending him home.
While I agree that it's not right for people to get away with this sort of thing, you'd have to be able to prove that the allegations were false too though (like with this video) otherwise actual victims wouldn't want to come forward for fear of being punished if they lost the case. Although I think the accused would be able to sue for defamation if there was a legitimate case to be made. A not-guilty verdict doesn't mean innocent of the crime, just that there wasn't enough evidence to convince a jury (or the jury just didn't care about the outcome and gave a random verdict to get done faster)

My little brother thought that for several years. My mom's family is very Italian-American. Several of them speak Italian. What?
i especially appreciate that she didn't even perform a ritual- she's just like "lol this woman isn't gonna know, POT TIME"
