I did too! I stayed up till 10pm which for a little 7-9 year old is really late. Sadly my parents would get mad at me for reading too late and would take my book away if they caught me reading when I wasn’t supposed to (after 6pm, eating breakfast, supposed to be doing schoolwork, etc) and if I did anything they didn’t like their first means of punishing me was go take away my books.
