"Protein" bars loaded with sugar and junk chemicals? Also no way. Before you worry about eating more protein make sure you're eating less junk food first. Way more important.

There might be those with more particular requirements, but that will do most people very well. So many people promoting "hacks" that don't make any difference to most people. Social media especially is so extreme. Good health isn't that complicated and the things that do make it a challenge for a lot of people are not going to be resolved by a high protein Snickers.
