We Light Up Frosty The Snowman (Located On The Side Of A Business Building) And Then Have A Christmas Parade In Town Square. You Can Take Photos With Santa, Have A Hot Cocoa, And Just Have Fun. This Isn't My Photo, I Found It On Our Local News Website!

It's a giant cat that roams the country and eats anyone who has not recieved new clothing to wear before christmas eve, iirc. It's called Jólakötturinn. I may be wrong though, as I'm not Icelandic. (I dream of visiting someday though!)

Nurnburg has had aChristmas market like this for 500 years. Mostly it’s Christmas stuff and food — bratwurst and hot cider are popular. Each little shop specializes, some are home decor, some are ornaments, some are snacks. It’s cozy and warm and really brings out the Xmas cheer. They have them now throughout Europe and in the states the biggest one is in NYC
