So what skin color should it have been? Is one color better than another to use? Maybe it should be white since it is alright to use that as a default because they are not allowed to get upset because of s**t they didnt do.

Most animals we eat are somehow cute. They should be handled equally as it would be fair but I admit that I would have problems with cats (and maybe other animals because of how we are raised) but even as a kid I thought it's unfair for "uglier" animals. And then you have the insects who most people call ugly but don't want to eat them either BECAUSE they are ugly. best in my opinion is to at least handle them all respectful and use as much as possible so their dead was not pointless. Also, most people could definitely reduce their consume of animal products (including myself. I'm working on it. But I'm not strictly against it because otherwise we humans would not have a place for said animals if we couldn't use them, unfortunately)

There is a difference between "loosing your temper" and "having a hard time". I appreciate the crux of what you are saying but it fails to consider the very real risk that when men "loose their temper", women die. UN did a very good study on it recently. I am unsure why there would be a problem with being “respectful” towards your partner whether s/he is having a hard time or not. That should be a fundamental starting point? If you cannot respect your partner you should not be in the relationship.
