I actually just bought one of these for my 16yr old son because he thought it was "the coolest thing ever".. D**n I feel old AF
There's three "H":rules for communication.. Heard, Helped or Hugged." Sometimes women just need to be heard (need to vent so we can just get it out)and not helped (we don't need you to fix anything for us unless it's something that we're explicitly asking for) or we need to be "Hugged" (metaphorically speaking) which means that we just need to be validated and seen for the work we do in life. And if we are asking to be heard, ffs, don't roll your eyes and think that we're just so"emotional ". We're just reaching our limits on everything around us. If we're asking for help, help us and if we're asking to be respected and validated, be sincere because we can tell when you're blowing smoke up our asses.

We are not responsible for the things that happen to us as children but as adults, we are responsible for what we do about them and that means taking the time to get the help to heal from them
