Now before you raise the pitchforks I'm not saying we should glorify the obesity, I'm simply taking about her face and her smile. She has a lovely face and a really great smile. Her hair is also fabulous and I wish mine looked like that. Just because she's obese doesn't mean she isn't beautiful. We should not encourage obesity because it is terribly unhealthy, but we shouldn't ignore other traits just because obesity is present either.
