Making it a "fact of life" that overweight just comes from 'not being disciplined enough' was THE great gift to every bully and twat who wants to feel better by putting others down instead of doing something good themselves. And doctors know better, the data is there, but they either don't speak out or just say "overweight is a strain on health costs", yeah, so were aspiratory illnesses before we cleaned up the air. I dare everyone who tells others "just to eat less" to themselves "just to talk less to others about their weight". But nobody tells bullies to have some self-discipline. Because, it seems, society needs scapegoats.
