IME, when a woman says "I'm fine" when she's clearly angry, it's because she either isn't ready to talk about it, or she's tired of having the same fight over and over again and doesn't want to have it yet again.

Thank you, well luckily she broke it off with him because he was cheating on her recently while she was in the hospital (she had a heart attack). But, now she's on some website for biker hook-ups. 🤦🤦 I love her to death but she has the worst choice in men. What I mean is they all drink, now I'm not against drinking. What I am against is alcoholism, because my dad WAS an alcoholic (clean 20yrs now). But, these guys always have a beer in their hand and only ever want to go to bars. I think just in general I may not give her a plus one if that's all she's going to be dating. Everyone I'm inviting drinks, but none become lushes(thank god). I just don't know I love her and want her there but I know I'll get c**p from everyone if she doesn't get a plus one.
