Rightfully so - if you only need an Advil and go to the emergency room, keeping the staff from caring for emergencies ... the least is that they should make you think hard about ever coming back for another Advil.

Something is not right here. It that story is true, the bicycle might be in the tree, but not lifted up 1 to 2 meters off the ground.

16th Century Boxwood Carvings Are So Miniature Researchers Used X-Ray To Solve Their Mystery
16th Century Boxwood Carvings Are So Miniature Researchers Used X-Ray To Solve Their Mystery

If this is truth: "The human eye isn’t able to analyze details this tiny" and is this is truth: "They found joints in the inner layers so tiny that only a microscope or an X-ray can detect them" - how then was it possible that people 500 years ago looking with nothing than their own eyes could carve them? And what the heck is the size of a grass seed? With perfectly fine length measures available that everyone could understand ... why would you use "the size of a grass seed" as comparison?

Vet Who Posed With A Dead Lion He Shot, Just Fell 100ft To His Death While Hunting

Since when does Bored Panda publish "news articles"? It's never about news on here. It is an unacceptable article which 'happily' shares the news of someone's death as a good thing. No death deserves to be celebrated. Animal or human. You might not agree with the way he lived his life (I certainly don't) but it does not mean his death is something to be celebrated. Bored Panda needs to think about their responsibilities here and remove this article.

There's A Proposal To Build 1,000 Ft Walls Around An Excavated Central Park

You are wrong. It is not about the increase of space because it is no longer level. That what appears as "wall" is in reality 1000s of apartments and office spaces all around the park - so that a few more of the super rich 0.1% can have a nice view. That is, what they mean with "more people could enjoy the park". Come on - these super rich do "so much" for the general public, we should let them have this new toy, 100% paid by our tax money.

Why does it matter? Vaccination against viruses, antibiotica against bacteria. The other way round completely useless.
