This Hospital Wins Christmas By Sending Newborns Home In Christmas Stockings For Over 50 Years Now

I was born Dec. 18, and put in a stocking at the hospital. My son was born Dec. 13, and he got his own stocking too at the hospital. Two different hospitals, different cities, both in Texas.

I live in Texas (born and raised) and I hate all the "Hellos" and smiles. I don't want to smile and say hi to everyone on the street....so I don't. I'm not trying to be rude. The worst is when I am walking to school with my kid. One lady even asked why I don't say Hi back to her and her kid. She was very upset with me, like I was being rude to only her. I was like, hey I don't talk to strangers.

I've heard of similar cases, where injury sustained in parents would show in offspring. Even though it is not clear how this could be inherited, it is unscientific to say it isn't possible. It should be studied and it may lead to new discovery about our genetics.
