Also apparently if you lick your hand and then smell it it’s a good indication of what your breath smells like except it doesn’t work all the time for example just after the pool when you smell like chlorine

Although I understand the joke here, red and blue -> police. But in my country, you get what we call "ghost" police. Police driving in unmarked cars on purpose. They will be in full uniform, just in a car that looks completely normal. This is to counter criminals and drunk drivers trying to avoid them, mostly at night. Not sure how "legal" that is, but it happens.
