This was actually a banner for the Slush event (technology and startup convention) in Helsinki at Messukeskus (about 20km away from the Helsinki Vantaa Airport). The Slush and MyHelsinki logos at the sides have been cut off from the image and just below the banner there's a sign informing attendees about badge queues.
