Idk if the actual photo exists anymore (my parents divorced 20+ years ago, then we had a house fire when us kids were in high school) but that image still lives in my brain... That's pretty cool, I remember the dozens of similar lipstick tubes sitting in my great-great-auntie Donna's bathroom (she was born in 1914, and she babysat my sisters and I a lot). I remember using her bathroom and touching the cold metal tubes of lipstick, and out of curiosity sometimes I'd open one, and I can still remember the smell. But yeah she must've hade 20 or so gold tubes of lipstick that were all the same bright shade of red lol, I could never tell the difference between one or the other. She served us red rose tea every afternoon with a few cookies. And she'd always lick her bony finger and get all the cookie crumbs off the counter. We thought it was a quirky "old lady" thing until I was older, and realized she lived through the depression and WWII...there are so many questions I wish I could ask her now. RIP auntie Donna
