Richboy McGee shooting up a CEO is doing absolutely nothing for us. The next in line will step up and continue to perpetuate the cycle. Mass change requires actions from the masses. People are sitting back and acting like this wealthy heir to a corporation has fixed a major issue and united the working class-- a sentiment that is a far cry from the truth. This is not heroism, it is violence that ultimately fails to achieve its goal.

The over use of narcissist annoys me, so thanks for fighting the good fight D0C. Many people are self-absorbed, I'm not sure how many of those people genuinely qualify for narcissist status.

It wasn't a few sadistic soldiers, it was official gov't policy to ignore the Geneva Convention rules and slaughter civilians. A max of 225,000 people were killed by the two Atomic bombs. That's compared to the 8 to 10 million innocents the Japanese killed in China, The Philippines, Korea, and on and on. I'd say they got off pretty lightly.

I think a soft ESH, but ultimately OP is the AH. I don't think the NTA people are taking into consideration that his wife is pregnant, or they are underestimating what that means. The same goes for OP himself. If your wife is pregnant, she is the priority. Yes, she did a very s****y thing by leaving the cat at a shelter, absolutely, but clearly she felt driven to that point. Although it differs from person to person, pregnancy brings a lot of difficulty physically and emotionally. Add allergies on top of that, that are avoidable, and I can absolutely understand her point of view. People are saying he should divorce her because of her actions. To me, it's closer to the other way round.

Sorry, I do think he's TA. He thinks it's ok to just kick out his pregnant wife. That fact alone makes him TA. I lost my old cat recently so I know how it feels. But I have also been pregnant. Hormones in your body, everything is changing - your body, your life. As a woman you give up already a lot during that time. She develops an allergy, and he is asking SHE and HIS BABY move while she is already having to deal with lots of changes. She shouldn't have taken the cat to the shelter, but he at first didn't want to rehome the cat, and maybe him saying his brother would take him wasn't really convincing and sounded like an excuse. If she had nasty allergy effects (even with pills, and what effect do the pills have on the baby?) Then even 2 weeks is very long. He never mentions how severe her allergy is, he never mentions more about her health. His concern was his cat, not his future child or his wife. What happened at the shelter wasn't her fault.

This photo looks to have been taken in a vet's back office, and it's reasonably unlikely that a vet would be abusing kittens.

Living in a huge city I thought I knew the story behind every homeless person. Then I got a job at a social service agency working with the homeless. Come to find out I knew nothing. But I did hear some of the saddest most horrifying stories and met far too many women who fled their homes with absolutely nothing to escape a violent abusive partner. Some of them the police would just dump off at our door. I'll never forget one woman who was barefoot, no purse, had been beaten to a pulp by her husband and they had just moved to the city and had no family or friends there. Thankfully we were able to send her to family. The burnout rate at those jobs is high.
