I was at the Vet for routine checkup for my Shepherd Mix. Waiting, waiting; after about an hour, I POLIETLY asked what the holdup was. A dog had to be sent over the rainbow bridge and the owner was in such grief; unconsolable that they took time with her to make sure she didn't drive off that way. Once I heard that, I told them to carry on and I'd wait. BE KIND.
